Dysport is main active ingredient is botulinum toxin type A. It works by blocking nerve signals to the muscles, causing temporary muscle relaxation, thereby achieving therapeutic effects for various medical conditions and cosmetic purposes.

Medical Uses
• Dystonia: Treatment of spasmodic torticollis in adults (abnormal posture and pain in the neck muscles)
• Muscle Spasms: Used to treat muscle stiffness and spasms in the arms, hands, legs, and feet in adults and children over two years of age caused by stroke, traumatic brain injury, or cerebral palsy
• Axillary Hyperhidrosis: Treatment of excessive sweating in the armpits
Cosmetic Uses
• Wrinkle Reduction: Temporarily improves the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines (vertical lines between the eyebrows) in adults under 65 years of age
• Other Cosmetic Applications (Off-label Use): Skilled injectors may also use it to treat forehead wrinkles, crow's feet, jawline hypertrophy (face slimming), and calf slimming

By Freeze Drying method: Without excipients botulinum toxin can not be freezed, so large amount of excipients should be used. Much powder can be seen in the bottle.
There's strong negative pressure inside the bottle of products manufactured by Freeze Drying method, foam may produced after strong automatic injection, which may cause protein denaturation, and reduce the performance of botulinum toxin.
On the contrary, negative pressure of bottle by Vacuum Drying method is weak, which minimizes denaturation of protein when diluted, performance of botulinum toxin is very stable.
